Jiangsu Jujie Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Jujie), founded in 2009, is a key enterprise supported by Xuzhou City and Fengxian County Government to attract investment. Its products cover the four core areas of electric vehicle motors, controllers, rear axles and gears. Over the past 13 years, we have continuously invested heavily in technology research and development; Up to now, the Group has given full play to its industrial advantages in production and manufacturing, preliminarily built an integrated platform for intelligent equipment supply chain, and developed into a scientific and technological group enterprise integrating research, development, manufacturing, sales and service of new energy drive systems, machine tool castings, linear slides, mechanical parts, printed circuit boards, CNC machine tools, CNC systems, intelligent manufacturing equipment and industrial automation products.
The company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental system certification, CCC certification, CE certification and the electric motorcycle access certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and has established a comprehensive and efficient management and operation system and modern enterprise management system.

Since taking root in Fengxian County for more than ten years, Jujie Company has been engaged in the production and sales of electric tricycle motors from the beginning, and has now developed into a group company integrating motor, controller, high-speed electric motorcycle motor, rear axle production, sheet metal production, precision patch, sand casting, precision forging, gear production, screw guide rail production, high-precision machine tool production, automation equipment R&D and production and intelligent lock production.
In 2014, Jujie Electromechanical Co., Ltd. established a research and development center in Shanghai Songjiang Caohejing Hi tech Industrial Park, with a research and development team of more than 100 people. It has 13 invention patents, 87 utility model patents and 9 software copyright patents. Various types of DC brushless motors, controllers and tricycle rear axles with more advanced technology and more stable quality can be customized for customers according to different needs.
The motor factory has 18 assembly lines, 31 fully automatic winding machines independently developed and designed by Jujie Group's Shanghai R&D Center, and the long-life and efficient intelligent electric vehicle motor products have been recognized as "high-tech products in Jiangsu Province" and selected into the "new technology and new product catalog for key promotion and application in the province". The annual capacity of motor is 3.2 million.
The controller factory has 2 assembly lines, 2 wave soldering machines, 3 full-automatic terminal machines, 2 full-automatic detectors, 1 automatic screw machine, and many related production and testing equipment. The annual capacity of the controller is 700000 units.
The rear axle plant has 3 assembly lines, 1 fully automatic semi shaft line, 2 cold rolling mills, 1 gear rolling machine, 10 welding machines, and more than 30 machining centers of various types. The annual capacity of the rear axle is 1 million sets.
The box factory has 10 180T to 550T full-automatic die-casting machines, 2 large shot blasting machines, 1 plastic spraying assembly line, and more than 60 sets of machine tools and machining centers of all types. The annual capacity of the box is 2.4 million sets.
The gear plant has one fully automatic heat treatment line, 7 Mitsubishi fully automatic hobbing machines, 4 Hitachi hobbing machines, 11 gear shaving machines, 6 chamfering machines, and more than 30 precision processing equipment of various types, such as axle cars, double head cars, precision grinders, etc.
