Jiangsu Jujie Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Jujie), founded in 2009, is a key enterprise supported by Xuzhou City and Fengxian County Government to attract investment. It is committed to providing customers with a complete set of pure electric drive system solutions. Its products cover the four core areas of electric vehicle motors, controllers, rear axles and gears. Over the past 13 years, we have continuously invested heavily in technology research and development; Up to now, the Group has given full play to its industrial advantages in production and manufacturing, preliminarily built an integrated platform for intelligent equipment supply chain, and developed into a scientific and technological group enterprise integrating research, development, manufacturing, sales and service of new energy drive systems, machine tool castings, linear slides, mechanical parts, printed circuit boards, CNC machine tools, CNC systems, intelligent manufacturing equipment and industrial automation products.
MOTOR
The motor workshop has 18 assembly lines, 31 fully automatic winding machines independently developed and designed by Jujie Group's Shanghai R&D Center, and the long-life and efficient intelligent electric vehicle motor products have been recognized as "high-tech products in Jiangsu Province" and selected into the "new technology and new product catalog for key promotion and application in the province".
The annual capacity of motor is 3.2 million.
REAR AXLE
The rear axle workshop has 3 assembly lines, 1 fully automatic semi shaft line, 2 cold rolling mills, 1 gear rolling machine, 10 welding machines, and more than
30 machining centers of various types.
Annual capacity of rear axle: 1 million sets
CONTROLLER
The controller workshop has 2 assembly lines, 2 wave soldering machines, 3 full-automatic terminal machines, 2 full-automatic detectors, 1 automatic screw machine, and
many related production and testing equipment.
The annual capacity of the controller is 700000 units.
Jujie Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and a key enterprise supported by the government of Xuzhou and Fengxian County, Jiangsu Province. It has won many honors such as Jiangsu Province Post doctoral Innovation Practice Base, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Xuzhou Quality Award, and Xuzhou Famous Brand Products.

Gear workshop
It has 7 Mitsubishi fully automatic gear hobbing machines, 4 Nikko gear hobbing machines, 11 gear shaving machines, 6 chamfering machines, more than 30 precision processing equipment of various types such as axle cars, double head cars, precision grinders, and a fully automatic heat treatment pipeline.
